Access to Mechanics (Motorbikes) – Image Gallery

We're so proud of the young people who completed the four-week Access to Mechanics (Motorbikes) course, in partnership with Rural and Urban Training Scheme (RUTS). The course – our first in motorbike mechanics – provided the young people involved with an introduction to the industry, expanding their knowledge and skill sets and offering real practical experience. Here's an image gallery of the course's highlights:

With full access to RUTS workshop, the young people learnt about storage of tools, as well as correct tools to use to solve problems:

In the outdoor part of RUTS purpose-built training facility, they assessed the off-road track that they would be driving on in the coming weeks:

The young people then set up an indoor 'rolling road' to get a feel for being on the bikes:

The (suitable grey and drizzly!) day finally arrived for the young people to take the bikes out on the tracks – an exciting way to finish what was an amazing four weeks:
