As the beautiful St Cecilia's Hall filled up with our students and guests, a slideshow of our Access Photography students' work (created by one of the students) had everybody rapt as it played on the projector:

As well as hearing from some of our partners and lecturers, we were also lucky to have a selection of student speakers take to the stage to tell us about their journey and how Access to Industry has helped them. Maimouna (pictured) delivered a powerful and inspiring speech:

Following the ceremony, we retired back to our Cowgate Community College premises for refreshments and a chance to chat in less formal surrounds:

The catering was provided by local social enterprise, Scran Academy, whose hearty sandwiches and chocolate brownies provided the much-needed refueling:
